Crude oil

Crude oil refers to liquid hydrocarbons or their natural form mixtures directly extracted from underground natural reservoirs, usually flowing or semi flowing viscous liquids.

The properties and appearance of crude oil produced in various oil producing regions around the world vary to varying degrees. From a color perspective, the vast majority are black, but there are also dark black, dark green, dark brown, and even reddish brown, light yellow, colorless, etc; According to the theory of relative density, the vast majority of crude oils are between 0.8 and 0.98. Most crude oil has a strong odor, which is due to the presence of foul smelling sulfur compounds.

Crude oil can usually be classified from different perspectives such as industry, chemistry, physics, or geology, with a general preference for industrial (commodity) classification and chemical classification.
