★ The system is researched and developed by experts from China and the United States. It combines artificial intelligence technology with single point mooring technology (SPM), especially single point mooring technology (SPMT), and is used for LNG ship loading and unloading. The technology can also be used for unloading and loading operations for crude oil, refined oil, bulk chemicals and other bulk.
Generally, the design life of floating device bollards is 40 years, because the life of ships is generally 25 years. However, our design requirement of it is 100 years, because this is a temporary mooring device for various types of ships and not a permanent mooring device.
Many floating installations are designed to withstand winds that are once in 10,000 years, and we adopt this principle here. This principle is much stricter than the requirements of the relevant classification societies. The requirements of classification societies for general ships are to resist the wind and waves once in 100 years. We believe that anti-danger ships should have the ability to withstand the once-in-1,000-year wind and waves; for LNG ships, we believe that they should have the ability to withstand the once-in-10,000-year wind and waves. This wind varies from place to place, but generally the bar should be a 15-level wind.
